The Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh (Hereinafter called the CPR, Bangladesh) realised the inner potentiality of women engagement in research and development (R&D) and intellectual property (IP) business activities that can change the next step development of the world.

The Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh developed a high impact international program for Women Entrepreneurs, in the name of Women Intellectual Property Development Program (WIPEP) who already engaged their international business activities in the potential Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in European Union (EU) markets and Intellectual Property (IP) business activities in Least Developing Countries (LDCs) and developing world under the Intellectual Property Development Program (IPDP) under the regulations, 2022 of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh:

Technical training and capacity building activities on Intellectual Property (IP) and support to manage and commercialise the IP resources in the LDCs and developing world.

Technical assistance to develop the contents and infrastructures for Intelligent Book (IB) on Intellectual Property.
