The COVID-19Plan& its Post activities of Bangladesh

In respond to the global outbreak of COVID-19, the Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh added new plans related to the COVID-19 crisis of Bangladesh on April 12, 2020.

Though, the UN specialized agencies, such as WHO, FAO, WTO, ILO, WIPO are sharing their internal resources with the member states or countries to tackle the outbreak of COVID-19 in the world but the Government of Bangladesh is also facing the greatest challenges like other LDCs or developing world due to the inadequate natural, physical, financial, health care, social, economic, propitiatory resources and knowledge on science, technology and innovation (STI) and intellectual property (IP) systems of Bangladesh in the global catastrophic. Everyday number of cases are raising in Bangladesh, millions of people are losing their jobs due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in Bangladesh. On the other hand, poor people are not getting their fundamental needs from the Government of Bangladesh and other donors or supporters of Bangladesh.

In respond to the global outbreak of COVID-19, the Government of Bangladesh most recently declared the incentive packages $ 8.6 B to reduce the economic gaps of Bangladesh. In this circumstances, Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh added the new plans related to tackle the COVID-19 crisis of Bangladesh and helping the Government of Bangladesh to identify the resource gaps between the R&D skills of Bangladesh and the global resources of Centre for Policy Research, Bangladesh.
