The skill resources of the IPDP will be acquired by the all dimensions, be it with the experts in the field of intellectual property (IP) and development Economics and development thinkers, visionary leaders of the LDCs, developing and developed world. Essentially, the final outcome of the IPDP will produce the number of effects that will explore the existing curricula and syllabus in the higher-level education system in the LDCs and developing world. The IPDP will produce master level trainers from university level, develop new teaching and technical materials, develop R&D skills in the STI and IP business relating to LDCs and developing world. In addition, it will create an opportunities for donors, investors or supporters, academicians, researchers, planners, visionary leaders, political and economic diplomats of the LDCs, developing and developed world to come up in a specific forum. The IPDP will not only help to remove the built-in weakness in the higher level education system, industrial, financial, STI, IP, foreign policies, laws, regulations, guidelines and strategies but also will contribute to international development philosophy and build a new economic model for the LDCs and developing world.
